adequate stay, some issues noticed
quiet street friendly staff limited selection difficult access
the location is in a quiet street within walking distance of princes st the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the building and decor interesting.
the heated towel rack was close to the toilet. it made it difficult to use the toilet. the breakfast buffet lacked selection. there was not much to order without spending extra.

wonderful selection amazing food 24-hour bar
the breakfast included a wonderful selection. i found amazing food for lunch. the 24-hour bar was available for residents..
the hotel charged twice upon leaving, and i'm still awaiting that refund to my card.

excessive light awkward angle
The staff was helpful. They quickly addressed my questions.
The room door let in excessive light from the hallway. I had to use a blanket to block the gap, but a significant space remained. The television was positioned at an awkward angle. the room overlooked a carpark with music blasting late into the night.

breakfast selection ham sandwich
The breakfast buffet lacked selection. there was not much to order aside from toast and porridge without spending extra (i would expect more from a hotel of this calibre). the sandwich my husband ordered from the bar was disappointing. it was literally a slice of ham and cheese between bread. I thought the kitchen could make more effort.
