The location was close to Dean Village. I appreciated that it felt central. Staff members were friendly. Breakfast each morning was excellent. The building and decor were beautiful. Everything was clean as new.
The breakfast buffet lacked selection. There was not much to order without spending extra money. The sandwich my husband ordered at the bar was disappointing. It was a slice of ham and cheese between bread. I was told the chef was already gone.

The staff was helpful. They quickly addressed my questions.
The room door let in excessive light from the hallway. I had to use a blanket to block the gap, but a significant space remained. The television was positioned at an awkward angle. the room overlooked a carpark with music blasting late into the night.

the staff were cute. they were helpful throughout my stay. i loved the generous coffee pod selection in the room. the bed was super comfy and i had a good night's rest.
the cot provided had heavy stains. the base was uneven and had no mattress. our daughter shared our bed. room service only offered cold sandwiches, small and overpriced.
